2.- DATA OBTAINED FROM OUR PROFESSIONAL RELATIONSHIPS WITH CUSTOMERS, CONTACTS, SUPPLIERS AND CANDIDATES FOR EMPLOYEE POSITIONS.
2.1.- POTENTIAL CUSTOMERS AND CONTACTS: We process the data of potential customers for commercial prospecting, for managing offers and quotes and for their subsequent commercial monitoring.

- Storage period: the data will be deleted when you request the cancellation of the service.
CUSTOMERS: The purpose of the processing is the management of the contracted service, as well as administrative, financial and accounting management.

- Storage period: the data will in any case be kept for the duration of the contractual relationship and subsequently for the legal periods established by civil law for the statute of limitation for contractual obligations and by accounting and tax law.
SUPPLIERS: The purpose of processing is to manage suppliers: management of contracts, orders and payments, as well as to maintain a database of contacts for possible future contracts and/or collaborations.

- Storage period: the data will in any case be kept for the duration of the contractual relationship and subsequently for the legal periods established by civil law for the statute of limitation for contractual obligations and by accounting and tax law.
2.4.- COMMERCIAL ACTIONS and MARKETING: EUROPERFIL will process the contact details in order to send you commercial communications.
- Legal basis for the processing: the company will use your data after obtaining your prior consent in this regard, or there exists a prior contractual relationship or a legitimate interest by EUROPERFIL in promoting its products and services, facilitating cancellation by the user at any time through the systems provided in each communication sent by the company.
- Storage period: the data shall be kept indefinitely until such time as the data subject requests their deletion.
2.5.- CANDIDATES WHO PROVIDE THEIR CV TO THE COMPANY
At EUROPERFIL we process the personal data of our candidates for employee positions for the following purposes:
1.- For the selection of personnel during the processes that the company has open.
2.- To keep a file with the CV information of the candidates to provide services to our company and whose required profile is adapted to the characteristics of the company.
- The legal basis for the processing is your consent, which is considered to have been given with the voluntary submission of your CV to the company.
- Storage period: the data shall be kept for a maximum period of two years.
3.- Recipients of the personal data
EUROPERFIL will communicate your data to third parties in the following cases:
By legal obligation: to the tax administration for payment of taxes, to judges and courts that request it through court action.
Transfer necessary for the performance of services: financial institutions, for making the appropriate collections and payments; insurance companies, for managing insurance policies; recovery entities for the corresponding claims, occupational risk prevention companies and mutual insurance companies
No international transfer of data to third countries outside the European Union is foreseen.
4.- Rights of owners of the data
Every individual has the right to obtain information about the data being processed. Their rights are set out below:
- Data subjects have the right to access their personal data, as well as the right to request the rectification of inaccurate data or, where appropriate, to request their deletion when, among other reasons, the data are no longer necessary for the purposes for which they were collected.
- In certain circumstances, data subjects may request a restriction on the processing of their data, in which case they will only be kept for the purpose of exercising or defending claims.
- In certain circumstances, and for reasons relating to their particular situation, data subjects may object to the processing of their data. EUROPERFIL shall cease to process the data, except for compelling legitimate reasons, or for the exercise or defence of any claims.
- Portability: The data subject shall have the right to receive the personal data concerning them, which they have provided to the company, in a structured, commonly used and machine-readable format when: a) the processing is based on consent or a contract, and b) the processing is carried out by automated means.

Taking into account the state of the art, the costs of implementation, and the nature, scope, context and purposes of the processing, as well as risks of varying probability and seriousness to the rights and freedoms of natural persons, EUROPERFIL shall implement appropriate technical and organisational measures to ensure a level of security appropriate to the risk, to prevent the accidental or unlawful destruction, loss or alteration of, or access to, personal data transmitted, stored or otherwise processed, or the unauthorised disclosure or access to such data.
